RosAmungThorns Refund & Replacement Policy
At RosAmungThorns, we strive to deliver art in every arrangement. Because we work with living, perishable products, nature can be unpredictable. We want you to love your blooms, so if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. The “Freshness Window”
Flowers are perishable. If your arrangement arrives damaged or fails to meet quality standards, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
To initiate a claim: Please call us at (417) 720-4004 to set up a photo exchange. The photo helps us determine if the issue was a delivery mishap, a specific stem failure, or a care-related issue so we can improve for next time.
2. Resolution Options
– Replacement: Our primary goal is to get beautiful flowers into your hands. If the quality is subpar, we will replace the arrangement free of charge.
– Store Credit: If a replacement isn’t possible or desired, we may offer a store credit for the value of the flowers.
– Refunds: Full refunds are reserved for extreme circumstances (e.g., non-delivery) and are issued at the discretion of management.
3. Cancellations & Changes
– Standard Arrangements: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an order for a full refund.
– Same-Day Orders: These are a final sale as the stems are cut and the design process begins immediately.
– Weddings & Events: These are subject to the specific terms outlined in your signed event contract.
4. Delivery & Recipient Responsibility
– Accuracy: We deliver to the address provided. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable to receive the flowers (and there is no safe place to leave them), a re-delivery fee may apply.
– Weather Policy: During extreme temperatures (high heat or freezing cold), we will not leave flowers on a porch without direct contact with the recipient. This may delay delivery to protect the blooms.
5. Care Disclaimer
Once the flowers leave our shop or are successfully delivered, their longevity is in the hands of the recipient. RosAmungThorns is not responsible for flowers that wilt due to being placed in direct sunlight, near heating/cooling vents, or left without water.
